Steve Greer is a leadership coach, keynote speaker and GMP consultant. He is a GMP Consultant and Business Development Leader with Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi). He was most recently the External Engagement Leader in Corporate Quality Assurance for the Procter & Gamble Company. In this capacity, he was responsible for building collaborative relationships with global boards of health and industry associations. In 2017, he was awarded the James N. Gamble Award, the highest recognition to individuals in Quality Assurance who have made outstanding leadership contributions which have resulted in major business benefits.
Steve is member of the ISPE Advancing Pharmaceutical Quality core team. He is also co-chair of the Quality Assurance Committee of the Personal Care Products Council and has previously served as the chairman of the Pharmaceutical Industry Association QA committee. He has spoken at and helped lead numerous industry conferences and workshops with organizations such as ASQ, ISPE, PCPC, PIA-PR, CBI, etc.
Steve is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering and was part of the Caldwell Fellows Leadership program.
